How long does shipping take?
12–20 business days total, anywhere in the US — and it’s always free. Your order is packed within 1–3 business days, then travels 11–17 business days in transit. Every order includes tracking by email.
Why does it take that long?
We ship directly from our makers instead of warehousing stock, which keeps prices low ($14–$18) and shipping free. If you need something this week, we’d rather you buy it locally — no hard feelings.
How do I pay?
Securely by card through Stripe. Each product option has its own Stripe Payment Link — click Buy now on your chosen option and Stripe handles the rest. We never see your card number.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Email us for a return address, post the item back, and we refund you within 5 business days of inspection. Faulty or wrong items? We cover return postage and offer replacement or refund.
Do the mop holders and rails fit my handles?
Grip slots fit standard handles 0.7–1.2 in (about 18–30 mm) in diameter — most mops, brooms, and dusters. Each rail lists its weight limit; use the included screws for heavier loads.
Are the oil sprayers dishwasher safe?
The glass and steel bodies can be hand washed; pump mechanisms are hand-wash only. Don’t use them with hot liquids, and oils only — no flammable aerosols.
Are your product photos real?
Nearly all of them — most listings now show the real product. Three listings still show styled placeholders while final photography arrives; materials, sizes, and colors in the description are what you’ll receive either way.
